No. Even Divorce Forms prepared by Divorce Lawyers cannot guarantee that you will win your case. What we can guarantee is that the Divorce Forms prepared using MyOntarioDivorce.com will be accepted by a Court Clerk. If your divorce form is not accepted, we will make the necessary changes to the form, free of charge, to ensure that it is.
You should note that we cannot vouch for the accuracy of the details you fill out in your form, only the way that you fill it out. If you want someone to review your form's content, we recommend that you purchase Lawyer Question Credits if you are not already a Platinum or Gold Divorce Advantage System package customer. Lawyer Question Credits allow you personal case-specific advice from an experienced Divorce Lawyer. Each Lawyer Question Credit is good for one question to be asked via email.

Yes. Some of the Online Questionnaires for completing the Divorce Forms are quite long, so we expect that you may want to come back and finish a Questionnaire later. You can keep saving your Questionnaire until you are ready to finalize your answers.
Note: Please do NOT simply close your browser or log out without saving your form, as this action may cause loss of data since your last save in some browsers.
You can access your partially completed forms by logging into the site. Once there, you can access the Auto-Generated Divorce Forms area from the left-hand navigation menu, and then click on the name of the form you want to continue working on.

Generally, every new divorce proceeding begins with an Application. Depending on the number of issues in dispute between you and your spouse, you will either use a General Application or a Simple/Joint Application.
Often the court forms themselves tell you which documents you need. For example, if you are responding to an Application, the Application tells you that you will need to serve and file an Answer and a Financial Statement, if support and/or property claims have been made or if you are bringing your own support and/or property claims.
If you still are not sure what court forms you require, we recommend that you purchase Lawyer Question Credits if you are not already a Platinum or Gold Divorce Advantage System customer. Lawyer Question Credits allow you personal case-specific advice from an experienced Divorce Lawyer. Each Lawyer Question Credit is good for one question to be asked via email.
